Dr. Jordan Butay, PT, DPT, COMT
Jordan was born and raised on Oahu. He received his bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Health Science at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa where he met his wife. After discovering a passion for healing through movement, Jordan went on to get his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. After practicing as an outpatient therapist in Arizona for a little over 3 years, an opportunity presented itself to him to move closer to home and start a new family.
Through his clinical experience, Jordan is inspired to treat the whole person, not just the injury. He has a particular emphasis for return to sport athletes, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, and the goal to help each individual to return to their prior level of function and the things they love. He has taken several advanced orthopedic and manual therapy courses. He completed his COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) certification with OPTIM Physical Therapy that allows him to treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Jordan is an adventure seeker with passions for athletics, living a happily balanced active and healthy lifestyle, and enjoying the beauty of Hawai'i. Jordan paddled when he went to high school in Hawai'i which explains his love for the ocean and he also enjoys playing basketball. He recently developed an interest in making short travel videos. Outside of work, Jordan likes to go to the beach, hike, hang out with his two dogs (aussie and dachshund), watch sports, and spend time with his wife.
Dr. James Ludington, PT, DPT
James’ passion is helping people from all walks of life achieve their maximum potential. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Loma Linda University in 2011 and then completed an Orthopedic Residency with Team Movement for Life/USC in 2013.
During his career, he has had many amazing opportunities to work with weekend warriors, as well as professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, and loves to see each one succeed and follow their passions.
James also has a passion for preventative medicine and has performed onsite ergonomics training in various facilities and environments for both individuals and large groups, including a once-in-a-lifetime chance to work behind the scenes in the gorilla and primate exhibit at a zoo.
Outside of the clinic, James feels most at home doing anything by the ocean including swimming/snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. He also enjoys playing music, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and spending time with his friends and family.
Jonathan Raymond, PT, MSPT, OMT, FAAOMPT
Jon has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years. He received his Masters of Physical therapy from Northeastern University in Boston in 2003. Recognizing that he had more to learn he quickly began residency and fellowship training in manual therapy at the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn, MA. There he sharpening his examination and treatment skills but more importantly he honed his ability to educate patients and empower them throughout their recoveries. This love of educating and his desire for his own continued learning and development led him eventually to Boston University in 2009. There he treated patients at the Ryan Center for Sports Medicine as well as helped to teach clinical skills in the Musculoskeletal within the doctoral program. Later he labs helped to start Boston University’s Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and remains a member of the clinical faculty. He continues to be a part of that program helping with teaching and mentoring of fellows.
Jon has had a life long passion for movement and fitness. Currently a regular yoga practice and dynamic movement training help keep him ready for mountain biking, surfing and other outdoor adventures. He is equally happy on the mountain and in the ocean and excited to be living and working on Maui and exploring this amazing island!
Dr. Lisa Gregoire, PT, DPT
Dr. Lisa Gregoire is a physical therapist with a broad range of experiences and is licensed in the state of Hawai’i. She has been a practicing physical therapist on Maui for over 16 years with a focus in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation.
Lisa is a certified Stott Pilates instructor, trained in all the apparatuses and at all levels as well as additional training in Pilates rehabilitation. She uses her extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to decrease pain and improve functional mobility through proper movement education. She uses manual therapy which may include IASTM (instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization) in treatments when needed. In addition, she strives to remain up to date with evidence based practice.
Lisa is passionate about what she does and believes that exercise and fitness are necessary for a long, happy, and healthy life. She practices what she preaches. Lisa is a dedicated mother, Pilates practitioner, health consumer, and loves to read and spend time with her family.
Zach Ketcham, PTA, BS
Zach is originally from Richmond, Virginia where he began his journey as a Physical Therapy Technician in 2009, after being introduced to physical therapy through his own sports injuries. After developing a passion for sports medicine, Zach then studied Exercise Science at Old Dominion University, continuing his education to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Medical Careers Institute in 2016 and earning a subsequent Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2020.
Zach has primarily been a traveling therapist for over 8 years, practicing in almost every clinical setting throughout the country along the way, allowing him to build his resume and skill set significantly. His travels led him to Maui between 2019-2021 and he has also worked in places such as Alaska and the Virginia Islands before returning to Maui in 2024.
In his spare time, you can find Zach training in the gym, at the beach with friends, or outside hiking and being active in any way possible.
Jaimee Oshiro, Office Manager
Jaimee was born and raised in Pukalani. She joined the team over twenty years ago and has been the heart and soul of the company every since. Jaimee does much more than manage appointments and insurance authorizations. She welcomes everyone into our ohana and ensures that everyone receives that care they deserve with the most appropriate provider.
